Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using playpostup.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate profile and FargoRate information.
- An administrator must verify your FargoRate before you can send challenges.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Accounts that misrepresent ratings or abuse the platform may be suspended.
Matches and scheduling
Play Post-Up organizes skill-based, two-player pool tournament matches. Players indicate the tournament entry-fee range they are willing to participate in; players do not bet or wager against one another through Play Post-Up. Match invitations (challenges), acceptances, and declines are official only when completed through the authenticated PlayPostUp.com website.
Matchmaking suggestions, match invitations, and acceptances do not guarantee a scheduled match. Post-Up administrators have final control over which matches are approved and assigned to livestream dates and time slots, and may reschedule or cancel at their discretion. Any tournament entry fees are arranged directly between the players and the organizer; Play Post-Up does not process, hold, or guarantee any money between players.

Program description: Play Post-Up provides optional transactional SMS notifications regarding pool matchmaking activity, including match invitations, invitation responses, match approvals, tournament match scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- SMS participation is optional.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from continuing to use Play Post-Up.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Play Post-Up SMS/text messages are provided for informational and notification purposes only. A text message, text response, delivery receipt, or SMS notification does not create, modify, accept, or confirm a tournament entry, match agreement, schedule, financial obligation, or other binding agreement.
Official match invitations, acceptances, tournament entries, scheduling decisions, and other account actions must be completed or confirmed through the authenticated PlayPostUp.com website. The information shown in your Play Post-Up account is the controlling record.
Replying to an automated Play Post-Up text message does not constitute acceptance of a match invitation or tournament entry. Only standard messaging commands such as STOP or HELP affect your SMS messaging status. Replies such as “YES,” “OK,” or “I ACCEPT” are not treated as acceptance of a match invitation or tournament entry.
Play Post-Up text messages never include entry fees, dollar amounts, payment details, or any other financial information. Match and entry details are available only after signing in at PlayPostUp.com.
You opt in yourself from your player profile by entering your mobile number and checking an opt-in box that is unchecked by default. You may withdraw consent at any time from your profile or by replying STOP.

Travel, regions and FargoRate verification
Play Post-Up is available to players nationwide. Players from different geographic regions may be shown to each other in matchmaking, and each player sets the maximum distance they are willing to travel. Distances shown on the site are approximate, straight-line estimates based on the city and state a player entered on their profile; they are not driving directions and may differ from actual travel time or cost.
FargoRate skill levels can play differently between regions and player pools. A “verified” badge means only that a Post-Up administrator reviewed the FargoRate information a player submitted. It is not an official FargoRate certification, and Play Post-Up does not guarantee, endorse, or warrant any player’s true skill level, identity, or conduct.
You are solely responsible for your own travel arrangements, travel costs, and safety. Play Post-Up does not arrange, reimburse, or supervise travel, and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or dispute arising from travelling to or attending a match. Confirm all match details directly with your opponent before travelling.
Acceptable use
Do not harass other players, submit false rating evidence, attempt to access other players' data, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Play Post-Up is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, delays in message delivery, or disputes between players.
